Blackberry Pistachio Bliss Bars
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
Filling:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup whipped topping
½ cup blackberry preserves
Toppings:
½ cup fresh blackberries
½ cup chopped pistachios
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into a dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
3. Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
4. Add Blackberry Layer: Gently spread the blackberry preserves over the filling.
5. Top It Off: Sprinkle fresh blackberries and chopped pistachios over the top. Drizzle with honey for extra sweetness.
6. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
