Ingredients:
- 2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped
- 2 pounds ham, diced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
- In a slow cooker, combine the green beans, ham, potatoes, and onion.
- Add the water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or on High for 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
