Ingredients

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (skin-on for extra moisture)

1 pound asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon, sliced into rounds

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: Fresh dill, parsley, or a pinch of paprika for extra flavor

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare the ingredients: Pat the salmon fillets dry and trim the asparagus.

3. Assemble the foil packets:

Place a large sheet of foil on a baking tray.

Arrange a layer of asparagus in the center.

Lay a salmon fillet on top.

Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and optional herbs.

4. Seal the foil packets by folding and crimping the edges tightly.
