Pepperoni Pizza Bombs Recipe π
These bite-sized pizza bombs pack all the flavors of a classic pepperoni pizza into a golden, fluffy crust. Perfect as appetizers, snacks, or a fun meal for all ages!
Ingredients:
β’ 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
β’ 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
β’ 32 slices pepperoni
β’ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
β’ 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
β’ 1 tsp Italian seasoning
β’ 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
πΉ Preheat the Oven
β’ Set your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
β’ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
πΉ Prepare the Dough
β’ Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces.
β’ Flatten each piece into a ΒΌ-inch thick circle.
πΉ Assemble the Pizza Bombs
β’ Add 1 tbsp of marinara sauce to the center of each dough circle.
β’ Place 3-4 slices of pepperoni on top.
β’ Sprinkle 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.

β’ Pull the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
β’ Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
