Pepperoni Pizza Bombs Recipe 🍕

These bite-sized pizza bombs pack all the flavors of a classic pepperoni pizza into a golden, fluffy crust. Perfect as appetizers, snacks, or a fun meal for all ages!

Ingredients:
• 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
• 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
• 32 slices pepperoni
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

🔹 Preheat the Oven
• Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

🔹 Prepare the Dough
• Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces.
• Flatten each piece into a ¼-inch thick circle.

🔹 Assemble the Pizza Bombs
• Add 1 tbsp of marinara sauce to the center of each dough circle.
• Place 3-4 slices of pepperoni on top.
• Sprinkle 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.

🔹 Seal the Bombs
• Pull the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
• Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

🔹 Add Toppings
• Mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush it over the dough balls.
• Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

• Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
