Beetroot, Banana & Strawberry Smoothie 🍌🍓
Ingredients:
½ medium beetroot (raw or cooked, your choice)
1 ripe banana
5 fresh or frozen strawberries
200 ml milk (or a plant-based alternative like almond or oat milk)
1 tbsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled texture)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients:
If using raw beetroot, peel and cut it into small pieces for easier blending.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
2. Blend everything together:
Add the beetroot, banana, strawberries, milk, and honey to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Chill it (optional):
For a cooler smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
