2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the tomatoes: In a bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
