Cajun-Style Seafood Alfredo with Lobster, Crab, and Salmon
Ingredients:
– 1 lb linguine pasta
– 1/2 lb lobster meat, chopped
– 1/2 lb crab meat
– 1/2 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 3/4 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tbsp butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, then set it aside. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, sautéing for about a minute.Next, add the lobster, crab, and flaked salmon to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through. Add the heavy cream first, followed by the Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to your taste! Finally, toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and seafood mixture, ensuring it is well coated . Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan on top, and enjoy this rich, indulgent Cajun-style dish!
