Oven-Baked 5-Ingredient Beef Pizza Rolls.

Ingredients
* 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or garlic powder and dried parsley)
* Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
* Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
* Brown the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the Italian seasoning and 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
* Prepare the Dough:
Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface or directly onto the parchment paper. Press or roll it out into a large rectangle (approximately 12×8 inches).
* Layer the Fillings:
Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle 1.5 cups of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then top with the cooked beef mixture.
* Roll and Slice:
Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough up tightly into a log (jelly-roll style). Pinch the seam to seal it. Using a serrated knife, gently cut the log into 12 equal slices (about 1 inch thick).
* Bake:
Place the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the tops of the rolls. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
* Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
