Cheesy Bacon & Herb Pull-Apart Ring

* Prep time: 20 mins
* Bake time: 25–30 mins
* Yield: 1 large ring (serves 6–8)
Ingredients
The Base:
* 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated flaky biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands) or 2 lbs of pizza dough.
* 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
* 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded.
* 6–8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled.
The Herb Garlic Butter:
* 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted.
* 3 cloves garlic, minced.
* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped.
* 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme).
* 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a tiny kick).
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Generously grease a round baking dish, a large pie plate, or a Bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
2. Prep the Dough
* If using biscuits: Cut each biscuit in half to create semi-circles or quarters for smaller bites.
* If using pizza dough: Roll the dough into small, golf-ball-sized rounds.
3. Coat the Dough
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Toss the dough pieces in the butter mixture until every piece is well-coated.
4. Assemble the Ring
* Place a layer of the buttered dough pieces around the edge of your baking dish to form a ring.
* Sprinkle half of the shredded cheeses and half of the crumbled bacon over the first layer.
* Add the remaining dough pieces on top, filling in any gaps.
* Top with the rest of the cheese and bacon. Pour any remaining garlic butter from the bowl over the top.
5. Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes.
> Pro Tip: If the cheese starts browning too quickly, tent the dish loosely with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes. The bread is done when the dough is golden brown and the center is no longer doughy.

6. Garnish and Serve
Let it cool for 5 minutes (this helps the cheese “set” so it pulls beautifully). Sprinkle with a little extra fresh parsley before serving.
