• ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
• 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (optional – adds extra sweetness and creaminess)
• 1 cup almond milk (or any milk you prefer – dairy or plant-based)

How to Make It:
1. Peel the banana and add it to your blender.
2. Add the orange juice, strawberries, yogurt, condensed milk, and almond milk.
3. Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy.
