Post-workout fuel — don’t judge the name, I’m just trying to feel fancy! 😄

Ingredients:
🌱 2 apples
🌱 ¾ cup frozen mango
🌱 ½ cup pineapple
🌱 1 thumb of fresh ginger
🌱 Chia seeds, hemp seeds & coconut flakes (optional but awesome)

Blend with:
Plant-based milk + a splash of water

Result: Tropical, zingy, and super refreshing! 🌞💪
