Ingredients:
β’ 1 banana
β’ 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
β’ 1 tbsp lemon juice
β’ Β½ tsp grated ginger
β’ ΒΌ tsp turmeric
β’ 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
β’ Ice cubes (optional)
