Ingredients:
β’ 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
β’ 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
β’ 1 banana (optional, for added sweetness)
β’ Β½ cup Greek yogurt or almond milk
β’ 1 cup water or almond milk (depending on your desired texture)
β’ 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
β’ A few ice cubes (optional, for a cooler texture)
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed (add more honey or liquid).
