🥚 Ingredients:
• ½ cabbage, finely shredded
• 3 eggs
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• Spring onion, chopped
• Parsley, chopped
• 4 tbsp flour
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• Cooking oil for frying
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, onion, spring onion, parsley, eggs, flour, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
