Ingredients:
✅ 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
✅ 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or egg noodles)
✅ 2 tbsp butter
✅ ½ onion, diced
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 cup frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn)
✅ 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
✅ 2 cups chicken broth
✅ 1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
✅ ½ tsp dried thyme
✅ ½ tsp dried parsley
✅ Salt & pepper to taste
✅ ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra richness)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta – Boil in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
