🥦 Sautéed Mushroom & Broccoli Stir-Fry 🍄
A quick, healthy, and delicious side dish ready in minutes! Perfect with rice or as a light meal. 😍
🛒 Ingredients:
• 300g broccoli, cut into florets
• 300g mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
3️⃣ Toss in broccoli, soy sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot!
