1 cup (200g) cooked lentils, drained
½ cup (60g) oat flour
¼ cup (30g) chickpea flour

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
✅ Spices & Seasoning:
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
