Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 sesame seed burger buns
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 lettuce leaves
1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
2. Prepare the patties: In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 4 equal patties.
