Ingredients:
2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
Optional: Red chili flakes for a kick
Crusty bread or baguette slices, lightly toasted

Instructions:

Preparation: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). Toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
