Chicken soup with cheese balls🍵
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs – 700 gr.
Carrots – 100 gr.
Onion – 150 gr.
Potatoes – 500 gr.
Butter – 50 gr.
Wheat flour – 100 gr.
Hard cheese – 100 gr.
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil
Vermicelli – 70 gr.
Preparation:
1. Pour chicken meat on the bones with water and cook for 40 minutes. Periodically remove the foam.
2. Cut carrots, onions, and potatoes into cubes. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil until golden.
3. For the balls, mix flour, butter, cheese and egg until smooth. We form small balls.
4. Pull out the meat, throw potatoes, roast, balls, salt.
5. Cook for 15 minutes. We return the meat (butchered), throw in the vermicelli, cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Turn off the fire, add the greens and let it brew for 15 minutes.
