Vegetable Chicken Patties
Ingredients:
Sweet pepper – 1 piece
Spinach – 20-30 g
Ground chicken – 700 g
Zucchini – 1 piece (400 g)
Canned corn – 200 g
Breadcrumbs – 40 g
Salt – 1 tsp
Basil – 1 tsp
Black pepper – to taste
Egg – 1 piece
Garlic – 1 clove
Preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze out the excess liquid.
2. Finely chop the pepper and spinach, and press the garlic through a garlic press.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form patties.
4. Bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes.
