Homemade Spice Blends

Burger Seasoning
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions:
Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a small dish or jar. Use 2-3 teaspoons of burger seasoning per pound of ground meat.

Fries Seasoning
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Mix the ground spices and place them in a jar. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place for up to 6 months.

Steak Seasoning
2 tablespoons coarse kosher salt
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
Instructions:
Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined. Transfer to an airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place. For the best flavor, use within 6 months.
Sprinkle generously over steaks, using 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of steak. Let the seasoned steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking for optimal flavor.
