Japanese-Style Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
3 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds or seaweed mix
Instructions:
1. Place the sliced cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Rinse the cucumbers under cold running water, then drain and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
3. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or seaweed mix.
