Soft, fluffy rolls soaked in buttery goodness—perfect as a side dish or snack!

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup warm milk

2 tbsp melted butter (for dough)

1 egg

½ cup melted butter (for baking dish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:

In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm spot for about an hour, or until it puffs up to twice its original size.

2️⃣ Shape the Rolls:

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into small oval or round shapes.

Let rest for 15 minutes.

3️⃣ Butter Bath:

Pour melted butter into a baking dish.

Place dough pieces into the butter, flipping to coat both sides.

4️⃣ Second Rise & Bake:

Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.

Place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops turn a beautiful golden brown.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Brush with extra melted butter if desired. Serve warm and fluffy!
