Quick & Creamy Garlic Butter Steak

Ingredients

For the Steak:

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced

3 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper

For the Sauce:

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Optional: Red pepper flakes, parsley

Instructions

1. Cook the Steak:

Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan, cook steak 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.

2. Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.

Pour in beef broth, stir, then add cream, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan, and optional red pepper flakes. Simmer until thick.

3. Serve:

Pour sauce over the steak and sprinkle with parsley.

Serve with mashed potatoes, veggies, or bread!
