Three Flavorful Chicken Wing Recipes
1. Garlic Parmesan Wings
• Ingredients:
• Wings: 2 lbs chicken wings, ½ tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp baking powder, 4 cloves garlic (grated), ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp paprika.
• Sauce: 4 tbsp butter, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 ½ tbsp fresh parsley (chopped), ¼ cup grated Parmesan.
• Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat wings dry, mix with oil, baking powder, and spices. Arrange in a single layer.
3. Bake for 40–45 min, flipping halfway.
4. Melt butter, mix with garlic, parsley, and lemon zest. Toss wings with sauce and Parmesan.
5. Serve with extra Parmesan, celery, carrots, and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
2. Sticky Asian Wings
• Ingredients:
• Wings: 5 lbs chicken wings, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 ½ tbsp garlic powder.
• Sauce: ½ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup brown sugar, ½ tbsp rice vinegar, ½ tbsp sesame oil, ½ tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, 2 tbsp ketchup.
• Slurry: 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch, 1 ½ tbsp water.
• Garnish: Sesame seeds, chopped green onions.
• Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss wings with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Bake for 50–60 min, flipping halfway.
3. Simmer sauce ingredients. Add cornstarch slurry, stir until thick.
4. Toss wings in sauce, garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.
3. Crispy Buffalo Wings
• Ingredients:
• Wings: 3 lbs chicken wings, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder.
• Sauce: ¼ cup melted butter, ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, 1 tbsp sugar.
• Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with foil & wire rack.
2. Pat wings dry, toss with baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Arrange on rack.
3. Bake for 25 min, flip, then bake another 25 min.
4. Mix sauce ingredients. Toss wings in sauce and serve with dipping sauce.
