Olive Oil Dip with Warm Bread

Ingredients:

1/2 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or a mix of basil and oregano)

1/2 teaspoon finely crushed dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust for spice level)

1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, pour in the extra virgin olive oil.

2. Add the grated garlic, dried Italian seasoning, crushed rosemary, chili flakes, black pepper, and sea salt to the oil.

3. Stir the mixture well to combine, allowing the flavors to infuse the oil for a few minutes.

4. Let it sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature so the herbs and spices blend together.

5. Serve alongside warm, freshly baked bread, allowing guests to dip and enjoy!

For an extra touch, you can lightly toast the bread or drizzle the dip over grilled focaccia for added flavor.
