Pork Chops Marinades

Freezer-Friendly Pork Chops MarinadesTeriyaki

Marinade:

2 pork chops, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp pineapple juice, 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt.

Italian Balsamic Marinade:

2 pork chops, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1.5 tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt.

Steakhouse Marinade:

2 pork chops, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning, 1 tsp salt.

Asian Style Marinade:

2 pork chops, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1.5 tsp cornstarch, 1/4 tsp five-spice powder, 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine.

BBQ Marinade:

2 pork chops, 1 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp BBQ sauce, 2 tsp BBQ seasoning, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp salt.

Instructions:

1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a small dish.

2. Coat pork chops thoroughly in the marinade and refrigerate for 2–18 hours.

3. Alternatively, freeze in a sealed container for up to 3 months.
