Sweet Chili Sauce
Ingredients:
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tsp dried chili flakes
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients (except the cornstarch mixture) in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in the cornstarch mixture, cook for 1 minute, or until thickened.
3. Cool completely and store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week.
Yum Yum Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water (adjust for desired consistency)
A splash of hot sauce or cayenne (optional)
Instructions:
