Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 (12-ounce) box vanilla wafers
- 4 cups sliced ripe bananas
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, instant vanilla pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the pudding is thick and smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In a trifle dish or a large bowl, layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with the pudding mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with additional vanilla wafers or banana slices if desired.
