Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
1/2 pound ground beef
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/4 cup sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Unroll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread the beef mixture over the baked pizza crust. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced black olives, green onion, and crushed tortilla chips.
Serve with dollops of sour cream.
