Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Spread the beef and cabbage mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish. Top with shredded Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it over the top of the cheese, sealing the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crescent roll dough is golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
